Holbrook Wharf is the center gathering place of Cundy’s Harbor. As it went up for sale, the community knew that unless it was bought by them it would end up as a fenced-in private property. The cost for the property alone was $1.5 million and that was without the repairs! Bill Mangum and the Holbrook Community Foundation worked together to save the property to help keep Harpswell’s working waterfront working and open to the community. Listen to hear about why it was so important to him and the community.
